Birthed out of the vision of Pastor Tanya Baker, Breathe Sessions is for, and about women. Seeing a need for women to be uplifted, encouraged and motivated; Breathe Sessions Women's Ministry was developed. Shortly  therafter, Breathe Sessions Live the Talk Show and then the Breathe Sessions Live Radio Show was birthed. Pastor Baker is an Author and Inspirational Speaker who is dedicated to helping women, acheive their full potential,  through faith and the Word of God. Through Breathe Sessions Live, she has developed a platform where women can connect to other women and their voices can be heard.  Pastor Tanya is commendable when it comes to mentoring women to mentor women. Through her guests, celebrities, Pastors, or otherwise; Pastor Baker helps women to discover how to develop inner peace and security in any situation. She pushes and encourages women to replace doubt, regret, and envy with truth, confidence and praise. Unhealthy cycles are broken off of women, and they begin to strive and learn to love who they are.  Pastor Tanya thoroughly teaches, how to pray, sense the presence of God, and the hearing of his voice.  When asked why Breathe Sessions, Pastor Tanya's response, is simply this, there are many women in the world suffocating. They are holding on to the pain, the past, all negativity. She is encouraging the women to release, everything that has them bound, and unable to breathe. She is encouraging the women to replace these things with the refreshing Word of God. In doing this, this statement produced her slogan,  "INHALE. EXHALE. BREATHE". She believes the only way one can truly live is through Jesus Christ.
