As a motivational speaker, spiritual life coach and author, ordained Pastor Tanya Baker has a heart for the people of God and lives her life to steer people toward positivity in their lives. Working through social media, books and the preached word, she is a sought-after motivational speaker and power-packed orator of the Word of God. Tanya also serves as Co-Pastor of New Mount Rose Church in Dallas. She is the Creative Director for SNATCH, a Non-Profit Ministry, geared toward Human Trafficking in Dallas, Texas.

Her comprehensive career includes major corporate management experience, where she has fortified her skills in team leadership and motivational & and coaching skills. She is technically astute in telephony systems technology, and maintains a consultative coaching style based on extensive interviewing and hiring experience. She is a corporate coach and a sought after preachers coach.

Tanya earned a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis on Psychology from the University Texas Arlington, with additional studies at Tarrant County Community College (Major in Psychology), Cedar Valley College, with certification in real estate, San Diego's Concorde Career Institute's Medical Assistant Certificate Program, Milwaukee Area Technical College's Business Administration BA Program, and the BA Theological at DBU in Dallas.

She serves as a volunteer at Safe Haven, Mosaic Services and FOCUS services for the family. 

 

Pastor Tanya is a survivor of abuse, mulitple suicide attempts, divorce, depression, etc. and  as she loves to call herself a ex-something. She knows what it means to be broken. She loves to encourage women and to empower them to love theirselves, even when they don't feel loveable.
